Level 3 / 4 Course

Pre-requisite for attending this course: Official Level 2 pass, or if not official then must be at that level; if you are not a Savvy Club member please email me and I can send you the self assessment sheets to complete. Please remember the levels changed in January 2009, so make sure you are assessing yourself against the correct criteria.
Bring your horse to a Level 3/4 Course with Russell Higgins, 3* Parelli Instructor to immerse yourself in a higher level of savvy. You will work at your own level, and gain an understanding of higher level savvy and tasks you can draw on as you move forward in your journey.
Level 3 - where you delve deeper into On Line and Free Style. Then moving into the third savvy - Liberty - the ultimate trust test! When you move into learning Level 3 you are taking a real step towards becoming a true horseman. Someone who really understands horses, possesses the skills and is moving towards a level of excellence most people do not have.
Level 4 - is the fundamentals of performance using all four Savvys. With learning Level 4 you will be preparing the foundation for your horse for whatever you and your horse choose to do. The last Savvy - Finesse - is introduced teaching you how to do achieve contact and collection, naturally. At this stage you and your horse will share a high level of trust and skill.

Bring the following if you have them:
- A natural halter*
- 12’, 22’, 45’ Lines*
- 2 Carrot Sticks*
- Savvy String*
- Snaffle or Cradle Bridle
Also bring your helmet and your saddle, bareback pad if you have one. Bring your lunch, drinks and clothing for all types of weather along with anything else you or your horse might require. A chair also comes in handy.
