ICELANDIC GELDING AVAILABLE FOR HORSE-SHARE

Due to work and children commitments a new Parelli student, Wendy Jaspers, is finding it hard to give her adorable 5yo Icelandic horse Willow the time and care he needs. So she would like to share him with someone.

In return for helping to muck out his paddock (30mins x twice per week) and give him brushes, scratches and cuddles, you can play with and ride him a couple of times per week (or more if you wish). Wendy will cover all financial expenses, and he will stay at his current grazing in Poplar Ave, Ruamatai South. Between you, you can figure out a riding schedule (Sunday morning is Wendy's only set time for riding him) so you can both have many wonderful times with this extremely friendly and affectionate horse.

You must be experienced with Parelli, or willing to attend the beginners Parelli weekend with Willow in Te Horo in March. Wendy has been training him herself and he is now happily ridden with a treeless sadle and bitless bridle (which she is happy to share with you), but he is by no means a fully trained horse, so is suitable for someone with some experience, or for a lead rain pony.
